Anonymous asked: How long would you say the nutella recipe that you posted would last for? Should I store in the fridge or in the cupboard?

Definitely store in the fridge! And mine lasted about a week! :) Enjoy xx

Some Homemade Muesli for the week! I was born and raised (off and on) in Germany so muesli has always been a huge cultural staple in my diet! This muesli is crunchy and wholesome. I made it to mix in with my homemade Cashew Yoghurt or on top of Açai bowls.

No measurements were taken for this batch but this is approx. what I used:

2c gluten-free rolled oats
1/4c pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
1/4c sunflower seeds, unsalted
3-4tbsp chia seeds
1c almonds, roughly chopped
1/4c melted coconut oil
3tbsp honey
1-2tbsp goji berries (add after)
optional: add some walnuts, coconut, cranberries or raisins

Bake at 300F for 30 minutes on lined baking sheet and mix/stir half way through, until golden brown. Enjoy😊

I don’t even have a name for this creation other than “A Really Good Breakfast” cause that’s what it was. Really realllly gooood.

Approx 3/4c quinoa flakes (you can find these in bulk sections) soaked in 3/4c almond milk and 1/4tsp vanilla overnight.

In the morning warm up about 1c frozen mixed berries with 1tsp coconut sugar, 1tsp cinnamon, dash of cardamom and 1tsp maple syrup and stir into quinoa mixture. Top with a sprinkle of hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and a tbsp of homemade strawberry jam. Are you drooling yet?😋
