Giant spinach and iceberg salad with veggies, hummus, and baked nutritional yeast coated tofu. I added beets and olives after taking the picture and it was perrrfect.
🍌🌿GREEN BANANA PANCAKES
After getting my butt whipped by a personal trainer this morning, I thought I deserved some pancakes.
Blend/mix: 1 cup spinach, 1 tbsp yogurt, 1 organic free range egg, 1 large ripe banana, 6 tbsp coconut flour (gluten free flour) and 2 tbsp coconut milk
Topped with pomegranate seeds, 100% maple syrup and coconut. Stuffed 🙊
Some plain yoghurt (lactose free 🙈) sweetened with stevia, topped with a seed mix of chia, hemp, and buckwheat seeds, and chopped almonds, with a spoonful of Nutella for a treat 🙊 #examtime #studybreak
